There’s a lot steps to get in. You really need to show the love for the company and how you love Apple to be able to work here.
They will have to do a single interview on the phone and then you’ll have to do a group interview and then you’ll have your answer by email.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Only made it one round. First interview is over the phone. Very basic questions to start just to feel you out before they move on to conduct the in person interview
