There's no screening session at all. Have no preparation to start off the first round. Two group number did the interview together. The question is not what expected as a Graphic Developer job

1 phone screen followed by an on-site with 4 interviews, one of which is with the manager of the team. All very interesting people to talk to and they usually care a lot about how much you’re interested in their company too

I only participated in the phone interview. I was asked a series of questions about things on my resume and then questions about the graphics space (ie. Graphics pipeline, drivers). After that, I had a programming problem.
