WW People Business Operations Project Manager Interview

      16 Mar 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Apple

      Interview

The initial outreach was disorganized and disconnected. It was a poor candidate experience overall. +No response after the initial email and my response with a list of multiple days/times for the screening call +When I reached out in case of a spam issue, there was no acknowledgement of the times sent and then the time proposed was outside of what was provided. +Following the first interview, I followed up at the time indicated by the recruiter and received no response. It was another situation where I followed the prompts, but did not receive the expected engagement back in the process. Lovely person, nice conversation, but ultimately a poor candidate experience. If you indicate timelines, plan your follow up accordingly. And particularly if you have an initial spam incident, acknowledge receipt of emails so the candidate knows the same issue is not happening.
