They ghosted me after the initial interview. I would appreciate it if they told me I was no longer in consideration rather than completely ignoring me. The Hr person seemed very uninterested in the conversation and preoccupied with other work.

HR round behavior, followed by hiring manager in scm role, then there was supposed to be a panel and a culture fit interview. Never got this far, ghosted after SCM interview even though I was overqualified. Interviewer seemed quite rude and like he didn't want to be there from the start.
