The interview process was too difficult. There was a lot of soft skill questions asked. The interviewer was expecting detailed answers since the job is technical and requires being attentive on the phone with customers.
Very easy and straight forward, as long as you fit the requirements and seem like a good fit with the company culture, it's an easy interview. There's not much prepping to do, but the 2nd interview is more in depth, as they'll ask you how you'll react to certain situations.

Interview
It wasn't anything too strenuous, but had three interviews. One over the phone and the rest of the two were via FaceTime or video. Seemed pretty easy and laid back.
