I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Apple (Boston, MA) in Aug 2007
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by their Hiring Manager. They invited me in for a group interview. The group interview was very low stress, but you could tell they were judging you not on your product knowledge, but on your people skills. After the review was complete, we were told to expect a phone call if we were chosen. About a week later, I received a phone call saying they would like to make me an offer, which was definitely above average for the market. I accepted the offer and still work there today!
