It was a mix of aptitude and technical interview. The technical round consisted of two programming questions and writing two SQL queries.There was also a MCQ based technical rounds on UNIX commands, SQL and general programming

First round is HR screening call, second round will be technical where you will be asked for questions related to your current role and some
technical questions and last will be managerial round. Overall just read the job description and prepare accordingly.

Interview was quite good and easy. Simple technical questions. Interview process was not long. The interview process was very easy and smooth. High experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
Good experience with Interview, There were 3 Rounds in total 1 TR, 1 MR and 1 HR round each of 30 minutes. There were 2 interviewers in the Tech round.
