Interview
first they take written examination in which there are 3 sections apti,quantitative and logical reasoning,apart from this one more section is there ,i.e.technical section.
In technical ,questions from data base , unix and any one programming language(you have to choose either from java,c or c++)should be there.
after qualifying they will call you for technical round and then hr round.

They asked basic sql queries mostly in technical interview.
for example;how to retrieve the second largest salary of the employee.

First round is HR screening call, second round will be technical where you will be asked for questions related to your current role and some
technical questions and last will be managerial round. Overall just read the job description and prepare accordingly.

Interview was quite good and easy. Simple technical questions. Interview process was not long. The interview process was very easy and smooth. High experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
Good experience with Interview, There were 3 Rounds in total 1 TR, 1 MR and 1 HR round each of 30 minutes. There were 2 interviewers in the Tech round.
