I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2020
Interview
For the interview process, you first need take a test that you have to complete within 90 mts (test can be done within an hour I think but they give you an extra 30 mts just in case). Then if you pass that, they will schedule you to take 4 interviews consisting of 45 minutes each. For mine, it was through video and not in person.

Question 1
They pretty much asked me about my experiences and the way I handled certain projects during conflict, failure, etc. The big thing is you have to make sure you are relating your answers to Amazon’s leadership principles each time.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Amazon in Mar 2020
Interview
4x back to back 45 minute interviews with a 30 minute break in the middle. Mostly case questions, with real life examples about how you might launch a new product or work with a partner. There is also a “bar raiser” who will try to throw you off your game.

Question 1
We are thinking of launching a bookstore like Amazon fresh, how would you go about it?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2020
Interview
Online application form, personality assessment, a simulation assessment, and then 2 separate interviews. Overall the process was straightforward and well organised. My only complaint is that you need to rank order the programs you're interested in. I wasn't interested the RLDP program but I selected it as my second option. They wanted me to move forward with the position but I was interested in FLD instead. Just make sure you understand which program you were selected to interview for - it may not be your top choice.
