It has 3 steps. 1st HR interview, 2nd with Hiring Manager then loops interview with 4-5 people depending on the position. Unfortunately, I will criticize them badly because they only care about the STAR method and leadership principles. It doesn't matter what you have done so far, or what kind of technical background you have, as long as you give an example with the star method and principles! If you don't, you are already rejected directly. And they think that you had all examples that they asked. They are stuck in this method and principles just to show that we are different, but unfortunately, it is not a good impression for Amazon. That's why the same position is opened over and over again in a year:) So good luck with your interviews Amazon's Hiring Managers ;)
