Sourcer reached out to me because I have "Open to Work" on my LinkedIn. I said I already had a job, but she wanted to have me interview anyway. She sent a bunch of attachments, one of which was a technical design question, which wasn't even relevant to my 1st interview. It shows how disorganized they are.
The actual interviewer (from Seattle) showed up late to the interview, and had really poor listening abilities. I had my responses to his questions laid out perfectly in the STAR method they recommend, but since Amazon Chime doesn't have transcription capabilities (it seems), he was taking his notes, and wasn't able to actively listen since he had to stop to take notes. He was really a pathetic interviewer - and he wasn't even the hiring manager - just another Principal TPM.
