Amazon Shift Manager, Logistics interview questions

After applying for a non-variable position, the recruiter offered me a job in a different city, which stalled the process for several weeks. After escalating the problem to the hiring manager I got on-boarded and they treated me very well in training. As an internal promo, however, I received about 2/3 of the total compensation of my peers.

Terrible communication throughout. Applied and had phone screening and initial phone interview in Mar, didn't hear anything back until April saying they were interested in having me on-site but didn't know when that would be. Figuring I'd been brushed off, I forgot about it, then the week before Thanksgiving they say they want me on site. Offer came in December and I asked a few questions and didn't hear back from HR for days. Thought I had lost the offer. Overall, a crazy experience. * On the flip-side, one of the interviews was the BEST I have ever had, the interviewer challenged me and made me think in ways I hadn't before.
