Interview
The interview process was heavily focused on algorithmic thinking, featuring multiple LeetCode-style problems. One was categorized as easy, testing basic data structures, while the other was medium difficulty, involving edge cases, optimization, and clean code structure. Communication of thought process, time management, and code correctness were all emphasized throughout the session. It felt like a typical competitive programming challenge.
After the online personality test (assessment), the process was rather easy consisting of one behavioral interview where the interviewer asked me questions about my experience and how I connect them to Amazons leadership principles. In the technical part, I was given a brief business case and asked to solve and present, was rather easy and time was enough. I was hired afterwards.
the first step was an OA. the second step were two online meetings including livecoding and technical questions. the questions were morr about my projects, not necessery technical questions about oop etc.

Interview
I had two interviews, both went well. Had a couple of behavioral questions and one algo problem to solve in each interview. Also in the second one a couple of questions about the usage of GenAI.
