The interview process is not that difficult. They just want to see whether you are confident on all aspects are not.Online Test, Voice and Versant round and HR rounds were present at my time. Now currently JAM round is there for filtering the candidates.

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
