A preliminary phone screen then a whole morning of interviews conducted by three people. Overall the conversations were nice and well guided for a typical interview. Nothing particularly difficult but it was a long process.

Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
