Consisted of seven interviews, each totaling one hour and covering a span of two months. Started with an HR phone screen, then six managers from various regions and buildings. The remaining five were conducted in a consecutive sequence over the span of two days, back to back.

Question 1
Explain a time when you had a deadline and didn’t meet it. What happened and why?
Extremely tedious and difficult. Consisted of telephone interview first, then three 45 minute panel interviews.
Very mentally draining. Virtual interview, as panel members were from across full of UK ranging from WHS, Senior Operations Manager, General Manager and Senior HR Manager. All very friendly
Long and multiple rounds, many people on call, most people at amazon are conceited, 5 rounds of interviews, they never get back to you, stuck up company, wasted time, too many rounds
