Interview
Amazon has a pretty straight-forward interview process for each and every candidate. There are questions to understand the candidate's fit to leadership principles and the candidates are expected to answer with a very specific example from their past experience in STAR format. Data supported result explanation is crucial. One should definitely work prior to these interviews, otherwise it is hard to structuralize the story in the interview while at the same time providing numbers and results to show impact&growth.

Describe a difficult interaction you had with a customer. How did you deal with it? What was the outcome?
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
