In an interview, they asked me about my sales experience, how I handle challenging customers, and my ability to meet targets under pressure. They were interested in my strategies for driving customer engagement and my approach to closing deals. They also inquired about how I manage long-term client relationships and handle rejections. Finally, they wanted to know how I adapt to a fast-paced work environment and collaborate with team members.
Mi sono trovata bene, nulla di complesso. Hanno fatto domande conoscitive molto generiche e mi hanno chiesto come avrei affrontato un business case, ma senza particolari difficoltà. Nel complesso direi abbastanza facile.
The process was straightforward but very structured. I applied online and was invited for a virtual assessment. After passing that, I had a one-on-one video interview with a hiring manager. They focused heavily on the Amazon Leadership Principles, specifically asking for examples of how I handled difficult customers and prioritized tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Even though I didn’t get an offer, the recruiters were professional and kept me updated throughout the stages.
Overall great experience. It was very tough, but I was able to get through it. I would make sure you prepare beforehand. I would do some research into the role itself as well as into Amazon.
