Had a screening interview followed by two competency based interviews. All went really well. Amazon puts a huge emphasis on their Leadership Values, especially extending these to the interview process. So imagine my surprise when I receive a standard email saying that I have been unsuccessful and there is no opportunity to gain feedback. Amazon need to live their values otherwise it is simple value washing.
