Interview
Went through two phone interviews with recruiters. About a week later I took a personality test. The next day I has an email to set up another phone interview with three other executive assistants. Each call was about an hour long. The whole process and interviews took about a month.

"What would your perfect boss be like to allow your strongest talents show?" Then after you answered that question they would ask you " What would you do if your boss have characteristics that allowed your characteristics to shine"
Screening call, five ‘loop’ interviews & HM chat. Loop based on Amazon leadership principles & STAR interview format. You receive plenty of information on how to prepare for the interviews which are back to back and 1 hour each

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.

Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
