Interview
They asked questions about their leadership principles, so it was fairly easy. You just have to be prepared to answer questions on how you have applied the leadership principles in your academic/career life.
Two interviewers, both were RME managers and each interview lasted around 30-45 minutes. The questions were behavourial and asked on the leadership principles. And finally they would ask if you have any questions for them.
