Tell us about a time when you had to evaluate two options and come to a decision
Online assessment > Phone call interview (initial screening) w S. HR > 2 - 30 min interview with Ops Managers (STAR format & Behavioral Questions). The difficulty was getting stories aligned and practiced. But overall a good interviewing experience with the managers once the formalities (asking typical questions), we moved into a seamless conversation on life and getting into their own experiences working at Amazon (pros, cons, and expectations).

Interview
After the initial HR screening, I completed four interview rounds in a single day, including a bar raiser interview, a second HR-focused round, a director-level conversation, and an operations-specific assessment.
