Interview
It was good, talked about general things as an engineer it was important to the basic requirements for the job as it is given in the description. Need to be well prepared.
It was a loop interview. Highly focused on STAR approach. The interview was not that hard, but they wanted pure experience which was not mentioned in job description. The were most focused on behavioral question and only 1 interview out of 4 loop interview had technical questions.
The interview tests technical depth in mechanical/electrical systems, data-driven troubleshooting, safety awareness, and ownership mindset through behavioral and situational questions, assessing adaptability, teamwork, and ability to handle complex, fast-paced operations.
