The interview process for the TPM role at Amazon was a challenging but rewarding experience. The process consisted of several rounds of interviews, including phone screens, technical interviews, and behavioral interviews. The interviewers were professional and courteous, and they asked thought-provoking questions that really tested my abilities. Overall, I felt that the interview process was fair and comprehensive, and it gave me a good sense of what working at Amazon would entail. I hope this helps, and good luck with your own job search!
Applied, Recruiter Screen then nothing. Not sure when I'll get a call back. The process seems super complicated. Will apply again now that I know what they are looking for.
HR Screening was scheduled. Then 1 technical screening phone interview was scheduled, followed by two Behavioral interviews, followed by two System design interviews, followed by 1 bar raiser interview. Lastly there was an offer.
