Interview
Once your resume is selected, the first step will be having a Phone Screening. For a manager position, they may require you to submit a writing sample based on the job level. For the next step, you will be scheduled for the Interview Loop (5-6 individual interviews).

Most, if not all, are based on STAR: situation - the situation you had to deal with task - the task you were given to do action - the action you took result - what happened as a result of your action and what you learned from the experience
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
