Pretty straight forward. Three rounds of interviews. All virtual. Mostly behavioral based questions (tell me about a time when etc). Based on prior conversations with current and former employees, interview was in line with my expectations

Financial analyst intern, online assessment was based on leadership principles, look at the website for these. Excel and SQL. Probability and analytic skills. Choosing the best reply in different scenarios etc.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
