Star method touch each point. Interviewer asks about 4 questions from 2 leadership principle and a few probing questions. Tailor answers to principles. Be sure to learn amazon leadership principles in advance and rehearse stories that align with multiple.
Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
