Interview
The first phone screen was quite easy you had to give 1-2 examples on how you showed leadership principles. During the assessment center you had to go more detailed into these examples; Overall I appreciated the detailed interested in my working experience so far.

Question 1
Describe a time when you supported a colleague although it was not your role to do so.
I got contacted by a recruiter and then one interview with the hiring manager! That was really it because they were rushing to place someone, super quick and took about 2 weeks total.
I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.

There are four to five interviews for sales. The first is with recruiter it is a phone interview, the video/ in person with the hiring manager, panel of individuals a peer , a leader within the segment, and another leader out of the segment with an Essay
