It was challenging but it helped to understand myself better. The scenario based questions were asked in 3 steps; problem, solution carried out for the problem, result of the solution.

Question 1
Describe about a situation when you faced a customer related problem and how did you overcome it?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
