The interview process was long, normal interview process for Amazon, 1 interview with a
TA, 1 with the Hiring manager and then 5 interviews focused on leadership principles
During my first call with TA I gave my salary expectations, they told me it was L5 position and salary expectations was in the rage, at the end of the process they called me to let me know I got the position but they decided to change it to L4 and they made an offer of 40% less of my salary expectation.

The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
