Simple & quick interview process. This is a group hire process. An Amazon video is shown. Interview & onboarding happen at the same time. Both consist of ID check (must bring 2 approved IDs) and on the spot drug test. There are no individual interview questions. Assignments & start dates are handed out (warehouse location & schedule confirmations). That's it. Smooth & easy as long as you follow directions of which IDs are acceptable.
