Phone screening took about 45 minutes. Once moved forward, I was flown to the job location for an interview pod. This consisted of 4 interviews over 5 hours with a different interviewer in each one.

Tell me about a time when you made a decision that did not turn out the way you wanted? What would you do differently if faced with it now?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
