It was a two hour long process with an area manager & a station manager. It’s over chime, their version of zoom or microsoft’s teams. they asked situational questions as well as some focused on past experience. talking about the leadership principles & how they’ve manifested themselves in your previous position is key.

What leadership principle are you most drawn to & why?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
