      I interviewed at Amazon (Genoa)

      Interview

      Interview

It was thorough with multiple interviews involving multiple HR Reps. It wasn't stressful though compared to other IT job interviews. The job wasn't for me, but I recommend all to go for it.

      Interview

Most of the questions are sent by your recruiter to prepare. Amazon is big on their leadership principles. Each question they ask is linked to a Leadership Principle if you review each of them and structure your answers to incorporate these then you should be good.
