Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview was very casual and laid back. Felt like I was talking to people I’ve always known. The process was quick. I interviewed and received an offer within 4 business days. Offer letter took an official week to get to me after notification I was selected. They are really good about letting you know the outcome quickly.
