I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
1st step online assessment - mainly multiple choice questions
2nd step online interview with 3 separate people (during pandemic)
Amazon sent so much information throughout the process, everything that they send, they will expect you to know. Lots of emphasis on their leadership principles. They won't specifically ask you to memorize and list their 10 leadership principles but they want to see you apply and link them to your interview questions. Eg. I did X because Y and that links in to principle Z.
