Complete an online test testing numerical skills and Amazon's management system.
2 x 30 minutes online video call with different area managers at Amazon. The interviewers are really friendly and if they do not understand something they will seek clarification.

For the video calls - a lot of it resembles on the Amazon Leadership Principles and using STAR method to answer it.

Contacted by recruiter to apply through linkedin. Did a psychological test and on same day rejected by email. It was a test on a computer, maybe ten to thirty minutes to fill it out.
First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.
