It was 2 days interview with 5 rounds which happened in January 2017. Now I assume the process of hiring would have changed. The 5 rounds include. Face-to-face with HR. Versant - Pearson online test. Reasoning online test. 1:1 interview with manager. 1:1 with program manager.

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
