Two separate interviews, really intuitive questions with no curveballs. They refelected the website description they send you prior to the interview. Make sure you tie in every response to one of their company goals and have a tangible solution.

Question 1
If a fellow area manager let one of the associates under their control off the hook for missed time, would you allow your associate to do the same if the two associates missed time together.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
