The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)

I interviewed for a position in Seattle. 2 phone screens followed by virtual onsite interview. 5 back to back interview in Chime along with one informal lunch buddy meeting. Overall experience was great. Recruiter responded immediately with the decision next day.

Question 1
Questions based on 14 leadership principles other than the general question on why amazon, tell me about yourself.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
