Interview
Super easy. Two interviews which were done via webcam due to Covid 19. Mostly star format questions about past experience. Situational based. Interviewers has worked the job I was interviewing for.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult situation with an employee. What was the situation and how did you correct it?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
