Interview
The structure of the interview was the following one:
- Initial online assessment (around 1 hour)
- Numerical online assessment (SHL)
- Phone interview
- Final interviews (3x30min)
The final interviews were 3 interviews with actual amazonians and the involved all the same behavioural questions.

Question 1
Tell me about one time you argued with a colleague at work. How did you handle that?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
