Lengthy interview process - At first I needed to create a profile on their public job portal and after applying I was contacted in about 2-3 working days by HR from Italy. All new employees must learn the 16 leadership principles starting to work, you will take a language assessment test depending on the role you applied. Afterwards the first part of the interview will be on the phone. If passed you need to go through a background check which takes about a month and if everything is ok they will contact you for the final 1 hour long interview.
The final part takes places either on-site or online and it’s with HR and management.
