I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Allentown, PA) in Feb 2020
Interview
had a tour that lasted 45 minutes, then everybody was brought to their first interviewer for 45 minutes and then another for 45 minutes. The questions were mostly behavioral such as "tell me about a time you came up with a creative solution to a problem?" and "tell me about a time you took a risk and it didn't work out?" The second interviewer asked similar questions but also asks a case study which is pretty simple. All you have to say is that you would do the right thing according to company policy etc.

Question 1
"tell me about a time you came up with a creative solution to a problem?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
