Interview
The interview process consisted of 2 separate interviews each with 2 members of staff, and then followed by a language test of 1 hour. The language test was mainly translation work.

whether I was familiar with the job described and provided me with any additional details on the job descriptions I was not aware of
AI - Quiz based on Amazon Leadership questions
Language assessments - the first question in my native language test was awful but the rest were a lot easier
Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Interview
Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
