2 phone interview first with IT manager which was 1 hour 2nd one with hiring manager which was 30 min. then last interview was on site which was whole day with 5 different people

1st phone interview was technical most of then with job related 2nd phone interview was scenario base base and last 5 interview was totally about different challenges you face during your job (based on Amazon principles )
They ask a lot of technical trivia questions that have nothing to do with the job. They like hearing stories about how you raised the bar and/or made your prior job better. Be familiar with the STAR method.
Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
