Interview
+1 hour phone call - technical and a 5 hour on site interview. There was a lunch break in between the on site with another person whom was more of a "get to know you" person and allowed for asking more company related questions. Lunch was paid for by the person.
They ask a lot of technical trivia questions that have nothing to do with the job. They like hearing stories about how you raised the bar and/or made your prior job better. Be familiar with the STAR method.
Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
