Interview
No questions. All you need to do is pass back ground and cotton swab drugs test. If you receive an email to schedule an interview, you pretty much have the job.
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX)

None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.
Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
