The interview process consists of a phone call with a recruiter that is followed by an on-site interview if the candidate is successful. The call with the recruiter consists of questions regarding the previous experience of the candidates and regarding her or his ability to perform at the job she or he applied for.
The first Interview was an excel with analytical questions
The second interview was behavioral questions. I has to answer using the STAR method.
Each interview lasted 1 hour and I received feeback 5 days later

Le processus a pris 1 mois. Premier appel avec un RH puis test Excel en ligne et enfin entretien avec 3 manager via Skype de 45 minutes chacun (lié au contexte covid-19, autrement l'entretien aurait eu lieu dans les bureaux d'Amazon)
