I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2017
Interview
3 phone interviews: 2 with the manager and 1 with the recruiting manager. Recruiter was very quick in scheduling the interview. Each phone interview lasted about 30 minutes mainly asking leader principles questions as well as some industry-related questions.
it goes according to what's widely shared in Youtube / Reddit. just make sure you spend enough time to prepare & practice your stories in STAR. very stressful & exhausing to have 4 rounds of loop interviews in 1 day.

Question 1
tell me about a time you review a process & improve it.
Extremely time consuming multi step interview process that consist of a screener round of questions, to hr, to hiring manager to loop interview. You’ll probably spend an honest amount of time prepping for this as if you were studying for an exam. I personally thought it was a rewarding and refreshing process.
Interview process: cv evaluation > digital assessment > personal interview > interview panel
I reached the personal interview phase, which consisted of a 50 minute assessment based on behavioral questions.
